Chuck Bellatti, ALC, is a Northeast Oklahoma land and ranch specialist and one of fewer than 800 real estate professionals nationwide to hold the Accredited Land Consultant designation.
A native of Nowata and graduate of Oklahoma State University, Chuck brings an unusually broad business background to land brokerage. Before entering real estate, he spent 28 years in the Dallas-Fort Worth graphic arts industry, where he built a career as a top sales producer and ultimately served as Vice President of Sales.
Today, Chuck combines that business and negotiating experience with firsthand agricultural experience as a fourth-generation steward of his family’s Northeast Oklahoma ranch and operator of his own commercial stocker cattle business. That combination gives him a practical understanding of land that goes well beyond the transaction itself.
Since 2021, Chuck has closed more than $110 million in real estate sales. His production and commitment to his clients earned him recognition as Arrowhead Land Company’s 2023 and 2024 Agent of the Year and its 2025 Top GCI Producer.
