Isaac Singer

Went Above and Beyond to Sell Our Family Property

Isaac was the perfect agent to sell my parents property. He brought clients who were interested in the land, cabin, barn and acreage, rather than just the house.
Isaac’s personality is warm and generous; he was able to successfully close the deal, working with four siblings with various personalities. lol. I would highly recommend Isaac as an agent. He communicates well and works in the seller’s best interest.

Professional, Responsive Service with Flexibility Across State Lines

Isaac answered my questions promptly. He also is very professional but personable which helped to create a strong working relationship. I live out of state which created additional scheduling obstacles to overcome. Isaac was flexible with his schedule to help meet the scheduling needs of the client.

Isaac’s Local Expertise Made All the Difference

Isaac did a great job of recognizing that my property was the right fit for his buyer. Isaac’s inside knowledge of the area was critical to getting the deal done.

Great Experience Working with Isaac

I appreciate Issac‘s help acquiring this property in Lewis County Issac Did a great job. Look forward to working with him again thank you.

Handled with Care and Speed. A Five-Star Experience

We could not have asked for a more awesome seller than our agent... Isaac Singer. My siblings and I were selling the family farm, and sometimes those things get touchy... Isaac handled the situation like a pro. He communicated with us on a regular basis. Any questions that I had, he was quick to answer. Our farm went live on Monday; on Tuesday, I got a message from Isaac that we had someone who was going to look at it on Thursday, and on Saturday/Sunday, we signed our contract. To say I was impressed is an understatement. I would highly recommend Isaac/Arrowhead Land Company when buying or selling your property.

Relatable, Reliable, and Results-Driven – Isaac Delivers

Issac Singer was outstanding to work with. He knows the market and knows his properties. More importantly Isaac is relatable, soft spoken, kind and not your average agent. Thank the Lord! I had high expectations and he understood exactly what I wanted and delivered in exemplary fashion. I've bought and sold a number of properties over the years. I know what good photo's and good marketing looks like. The photo layout, video and overall marketing is the best it get's in this price range. I am overall very pleased with my interactions overall and would recommend Isaac and Arrowhead in a heartbeat. As a matter of fact, I already have made a recommendation.

Great Communicator, Knowledge On Point

He was always available, communicative and willing to walk through with us and find where the properties were located. He was knowledgeable of the market and had a good
understanding of the farm and recreational uses of the various properties. Isaac was easy to talk to and since I live out of state communication was extremely important to me. Isaac was willing to take an entire day to walk all around and figure where the five different properties were located. His knowledge of the market was excellent and his were suggestions were right on target. Other realtors weren’t willing to spend the time or their appraisals of the property values were way off base.

Highly Recommend - Professional, Prompt & Punctual!

I recently was the seller of a higher end property and lodge in Northern Kentucky. Like all transactions we did our homework on the listing agent and their company. We considered another high profile land company and the idea of paying a handsome fee to have a professional production company do our videography. In the end we listed with Arrowhead due to Isaac’s knowledge of the area and the comfortability that he could produce a reputable client. Arrowheads production team did a wonderful job capturing the entire scope of our property making it very marketable to online viewers. From the video, to the pictures, and a perfectly written description of the property, we personally felt it could not have been done any better. After 23 days of being listed the first prospective client made an offer that we accepted. Isaac saw the urgency in getting buyer to the property without any delay and we had an offer the next morning. He also drove two hours on a Sunday (after the offer was accepted) to make sure the buyer was completely sold and that we had a solid contract. He was very punctual and prompt with any paperwork needed to close and we had no delays.

We would highly recommend Arrowhead Land to anyone who’s considering selling or buying property. There’s no need to pay out of pocket for high end production companies when Arrowheads quality and value is free of charge.
