Northern Oklahoma Hunting

If you are in the market for a great hunting tract and/or a location to build, this Nowata County farm is one that you will want to take a look at. It is located just 7+/- miles north of Nowata and less than a mile off of the Verdigris River, placing this property in a phenomenal location for some great hunting opportunities. A large creek lined with massive hardwood timber flows through the east side of the farm offering a natural travel corridor and consistent water source for wildlife. A trail system takes you just about anywhere you need to go on the property, including a 4+/- acre food plot with a pond on its edge that offers a great opportunity to give your deer and turkeys a much needed food source. If you are interested in building a hunting cabin or even your dream country home there is electricity available at the county road. Don’t miss out on this beautiful farm with great hunting potential. All showings are by appointment only.
