Chuck Bellatti, ALC, is a Northeast Oklahoma land and ranch specialist who brings decades of business experience, hands-on ranch involvement, and a natural ability to connect with people to every transaction.
A native of Nowata and graduate of Oklahoma State University, Chuck spent 28 years in the Dallas–Fort Worth graphic arts industry, where he was a top sales producer and ultimately served as Vice President of Sales before entering real estate. Today, he combines that business and negotiating experience with active involvement in his family’s multigenerational Northeast Oklahoma ranching operation and his own commercial stocker cattle business.
Since 2021, Chuck has closed more than $110 million in land sales and earned the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. His production and commitment to his clients have also earned him recognition as Arrowhead Land Company’s 2023 and 2024 Agent of the Year and its 2025 Top GCI Producer.
Based in Ramona, Oklahoma, Chuck specializes in farms, ranches, recreational land, equine properties, and rural real estate throughout Northeast Oklahoma.
