I recently was the seller of a higher end property and lodge in Northern Kentucky. Like all transactions we did our homework on the listing agent and their company. We considered another high profile land company and the idea of paying a handsome fee to have a professional production company do our videography. In the end we listed with Arrowhead due to Isaac’s knowledge of the area and the comfortability that he could produce a reputable client. Arrowheads production team did a wonderful job capturing the entire scope of our property making it very marketable to online viewers. From the video, to the pictures, and a perfectly written description of the property, we personally felt it could not have been done any better. After 23 days of being listed the first prospective client made an offer that we accepted. Isaac saw the urgency in getting buyer to the property without any delay and we had an offer the next morning. He also drove two hours on a Sunday (after the offer was accepted) to make sure the buyer was completely sold and that we had a solid contract.
