Josh Candelaria

I was born and raised in the high desert and mountains of south central New Mexico. From a very young age I was captivated by the outdoors, the land, the wilderness and all it had to offer. If I wasn't playing sports I was hunting, fishing or camping on our small family ranch in famed Lincoln county New Mexico. I gained my higher education from New Mexico State University where I received my Bachelors degree in Wildlife Science with a minor in Biology in 2005. That same year I relocated to southwest Oklahoma to begin my career as a wildlife specialist and fixed wing aerial gunner with the USDA. It didn't take me long to fall in love with the Sooner state, particularly the rugged beauty of southwest Oklahoma. This part of the state provides some of Oklahoma's most unique landscapes and topography and is an outdoorsman's dream. This part of the state also happened to provide the best things that ever happened to me, my beautiful wife Jannette and our three kids Isaiah, Davian and Cade. We continue to proudly raise our family amongst the many deep rooted families and people of Southwest Oklahoma. Family, faith, good friends and God's great outdoors are what I live my life for and I've been blessed beyond compare.  Being in, on, and amongst the beauty of Southwest Oklahoma every day also inspired me to pursue a career in real estate. I want to help others be able to see, share, enjoy and experience the fruits of the land and the blessing of land ownership. I have had a real estate license since 2010, and I enjoy working towards my goal of becoming the top land specialist in Southwest Oklahoma. Finding a brokerage like Arrowhead Land Company that aligns with my values, drive, and beliefs, as well as working around other like-minded individuals, it has provided me with the opportunity to better serve my clients. I knew that by joining the Arrowhead team, it could elevate the experience that I'm able to provide for my clients.
