Welcome to Coshocton Deer Camp situated on 5 acres in the rolling hills of Coshocton County, Ohio. This property brings together lodging, equipment storage, and camper accommodations just a few miles from Woodbury Wildlife Area and public hunting directly in the heart of Ohio's "Golden Triangle" for whitetail hunting. Whether you hunt locally or travel to Ohio each season, it offers an opportunity for an individual or group of hunters to establish a camp they can return to year after year and begin making the memories and enjoying all that a deer camp can provide.
The 14' x 80' +/- stick-built home/camp offers three bedrooms and one full bathroom with laundry hookups and a slop sink-a useful setup for cleaning up after the hunt. Most of the interior is finished, with additional work needed to complete the remaining space and an opportunity to make it fit your camp's needs. A pellet stove provides heat and can convey with the sale if desired by the buyer.
The setup outside is equally suited to hunting camp life. A 40' +/- storage container provides lockable storage for hunting gear, UTVs, four-wheelers, and other equipment, making it convenient to leave supplies at camp between trips. The container is wired with lighting, 120 and 240 volt outlets, and an exhaust fan. A gravel camper pad with a 50 amp electrical hookup gives hunting partners another place to stay, while a 12 x 16' +/- shed with a covered porch offers additional storage or cabin use.
A large gravel driveway and parking areas provide room for trucks, trailers, and campers, so there is space for everyone to arrive with their equipment. A fence and gated driveway allow the entrance to be secured while you are away. The acreage also includes a deer feeder and space to establish a stand or blind for an individual hunter, adding the option of spending time in the woods right at camp.
Located just off Rt 60, the property puts you within 6 +/- miles of Woodbury Public Hunting, with other public hunting areas within 20 miles. Dresden is 10 +/- miles away, Coshocton is 13 +/- miles, and Zanesville is 25 +/- miles, providing convenient access to supplies and services between hunts. For those traveling from farther away, Columbus Airport is approximately one hour from the property.
With the rolling hill setting, nearby public hunting, and a layout that accommodates both hunters and their equipment, this property has the makings of a camp where hunting partners can gather and return each season. Finish it to suit your needs, bring your gear, and make it your own Coshocton deer camp.
