The Mill Creek Property

Kyles Ford Wildlife area is minutes away from this picture perfect property with Mill Creek winding around the property edges. This land is meant to be built on as there are several buildable areas as you move back into the holler that’s loaded with mature standing timber. The surrounding areas are clean and located across the street is the historical Clinch Valley Volunteer Fire Department Station 1. Also on the property is an old wooden barn that has great timber frame beams and is in great shape for its age. There are utilities located on the property and plenty of other features that will bring great joy to you and your family. Recently, the old homestead debris and whatnot has been removed making it a “clean” new slate. The hunting in this area is also very good with plentiful deer and turkey and small game. If you’re in the market come check this gem of a property out, the seller is motivated. Call or text Brian Whitt 423.494.7793
