I was born in the 70’s, enjoyed a childhood in the 80’s and “grew up” in the 90’s. At an early age, I learned what it means to truly be an outdoorsman and to honor and respect all that god and your parents have provided you. When I was 8 years old, my dad bought some land out in the country, and along with some buddies built us a home so that we could live the lifestyle he had, and that he wished for us. One that allowed him the opportunity to instill the values a young man gets from hunting, fishing, riding 4 wheelers and camping. I loved it and spent every waking moment outside doing something. Anything to do with dirt, I was “In”. But I didn’t stop at just the lifestyle. When I was “forced” to be inside, I spent my time watching the early days of hunting television. And at some point in high school, decided that was what I was going to do for a living. So for the next few years I gained the knowledge It would take to get started and I networked and worked my way into relationships, opportunities and eventually a job producing a hunting tv show on the Outdoor Channel. As to not bore you with all of the details. For the next 25 years, in some form or another I was fortunate to call the hunting industry the home for my career. I built 3 businesses within the industry including a TV show, a production company and perhaps my favorite of all, an education company called Film The Hunt. An opportunity for me to teach, give back and help others by offering a structured approach to something that took me years of learning the hard way. In my personal life I am a husband, a father and live in central Ohio where we are fortunate to be surrounded by family, good friends and some of the most beautiful landscapes Ohio has to offer. And at this stage in my life, I know who I am. I know my strong points and I know what makes me tick. My background in hunting, leasing land, setting up farms for deer and turkey, my relationships in the hunting industry, and my true passion for helping others, was exactly the path I needed to take to lead me to where I am today in rural real estate. I realized that helping others achieve their own goals and the chance to live out their dreams, has been and will always be my #1 dopamine rush. So in the end, maybe you’re thinking of selling a property that means the world to you. Well I understand the true attachment you can have to the land. Or maybe you are in search of your dream farm or a property for hunting and your families recreational use. Well I understand the joy and values that can come from that. Regardless, I would love nothing more than the chance to meet with you, have a cup of coffee, share stories and to help you achieve whatever real estate goals you may have.
