I grew up on a farm in central Illinois, where land was part of everyday life and responsibility came early. I’ve been involved in every aspect of farming from row crop production to raising cattle, and that foundation shaped the way I understand rural property today. I studied Ag Business in college, which led me into the precision agriculture industry, helping farmers increase ROI through advanced technology and data driven decision making. My career then took me into the building trades as a carpenter, where I developed a strong eye for architecture, structure, and the details that make a property truly stand out. Those two worlds—agriculture and construction—naturally led me into rural real estate, where I get to use both sets of skills. I personally own land and have inherited land as well, so I understand the complications, emotions, and responsibilities that come with owning rural property. Through my own experiences, I’ve built strong relationships with appraisers and attorneys who have helped guide me through the process, and I bring that same level of support to my clients. Buying or selling rural real estate is one of the biggest decisions someone can make. Whether you’re looking to buy or sell, I’d love to sit down and talk through your goals to find the best path forward. Above all, I’m a man of faith and know I wouldn’t be where I am today without our Savior. I’m supported by my amazing wife as we raise our three young boys. When I’m not working, you’ll find me in the hardwoods of Illinois chasing whitetails or preparing in the offseason and enjoying the outdoors.
