April 5, 2023 (Sapulpa, OK) – Candice Daniel, with Arrowhead Land Company, LLC out of Sapulpa, OK, received the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) 2022 Chapter Administrator of the Year Award for her work with the RLI Oklahoma Chapter.
This national award is chosen by RLI staff based on performance that builds a stronger RLI chapter—such as helping to enrich member experiences, providing support and benefits to members, applying for continuing education units for LANDU® (Land University) courses, and displaying a high standard of conduct and ethics.
Daniel was presented the award by 2020 honoree Brittany Hurdle Murphy of Tennessee at a special ceremony during RLI’s annual National Land Conference (NLC) on Tuesday, March 7. Land professionals from across the country gathered to attend NLC23 in Westminster, CO, where five RLI members received awards through the esteemed REALTORS® Land Institute Leadership Awards Program.
“When I made the decision in 2020 to make a career change and go into real estate, I never imagined it would ignite such a passion I didn’t know I had. I am so blessed to be in a career I love and surrounded by people who always push me to be the best version of myself. Although I’m being awarded with this honor, I must give credit to my colleagues at Arrowhead Land Company who make up the best land specialists in the nation. I’ve learned the ins and outs of this industry from them which has allowed me to better serve my brokerage, RLI, fellow agents, and clients,” Daniel said upon receiving the award. Daniel works for Arrowhead Land Company, a rural real estate brokerage that was founded in April of 2022 and is changing the ways of “traditional” real estate sales through innovative marketing, competitive compensation and assistance to its agents, and incredible customer/client service.
