Receptionist/Office Assistant

We’re looking for a receptionist who can successfully manage the front desk while handling numerous other clerical activities within our organization. Communication and organization are paramount skills for this position. In this role, you will have exposure to many different areas of our business, cementing a foundation for how we do business and how a real estate company functions. This could lead to future growth opportunities with our rapidly growing company, where new opportunities are coming about every day. Oftentimes, as the first point of contact for our agents, clients, and customers, this is a role that we take very seriously.


Job duties consist of the following:
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, etc.
• Track and monitor apparel and other soft good inventory.
• Shipping of packages and other mail.
• Data entry and lead management


Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in G-Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
• A real estate license or formal real estate experience is a bonus.
• A high school degree and/or some type of formal education.


Other information:

• This job will be a full time position between the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday.
• This job will take place at our office headquarters daily, and this person will be expected to be present at the office.
• Minimal travel will be required, except for your daily commute to our office facilities.



• $30,000 – $35,000 dependent upon experience.
