Great Communicator, Knowledge On Point

He was always available, communicative and willing to walk through with us and find where the properties were located. He was knowledgeable of the market and had a good understanding of the farm and recreational uses of the various properties. Isaac was easy to talk to and since I live out of state communication was extremely important to me. Isaac was willing to take an entire day to walk all around and figure where the five different properties were located. His knowledge of the market was excellent and his were suggestions were right on target. Other realtors weren’t willing to spend the time or their appraisals of the property values were way off base.

I recently was the seller of a higher end property and lodge in Northern Kentucky. Like all transactions we did our homework on the listing agent and their company. We considered another high profile land company and the idea of paying a handsome fee to have a professional production company do our videography. In the end we listed with Arrowhead due to Isaac’s knowledge of the area and the comfortability that he could produce a reputable client. Arrowheads production team did a wonderful job capturing the entire scope of our property making it very marketable to online viewers. From the video, to the pictures, and a perfectly written description of the property, we personally felt it could not have been done any better. After 23 days of being listed the first prospective client made an offer that we accepted. Isaac saw the urgency in getting buyer to the property without any delay and we had an offer the next morning. He also drove two hours on a Sunday (after the offer was accepted) to make sure the buyer was completely sold and that we had a solid contract. He was very punctual and prompt with any paperwork needed to close and we had no delays. We would highly recommend Arrowhead Land to anyone who’s considering selling or buying property.
