Jacob Haddad

Born and raised in middle Tennessee, at a young age, I fell in love with small-town Franklin, Tennessee, and the luxury of being a ten-minute drive from the country in any direction you go. In my spare time, you can find me fishing the Harpeth River, hunting for deer, dove, or turkey, or spending time with my beautiful wife, Chloe. While some of my favorite time is spent in the river or bow-hunting for whitetail, I find the most fulfillment in preparing food plots and improving the use of a property. Along with that, nothing brings me greater joy than allowing friends and family the ability to enjoy the land and create memories that will last for a lifetime. With a background in financial services, I am well-versed in income, legacy, and tax-deferred exchange planning. Between my finance background, love for the land, and my drive to get things done right, I hope to use these skills to connect each individual with their own unique, dream property. I believe we are meant to be stewards of the land the good Lord has blessed us with and created for our enjoyment, and we have a duty to leave it better than we found it for generations to come.
