We looked at the property on several occasions, and Jared was always available and very professional. He was extremely helpful in answering our questions and/or obtaining information pertaining to the property. We ran into an issue with a current sub-surface lease agreement and Jared was very helpful to us and the seller in trying to resolve the issue. The description and pictures of the property on the website were very informative.

A True Professional Who Made a Difficult Process Easy

Jared was AMAZING. He handled everything. I was concerned that I was going to need to travel to Oklahoma to make this sell happen, but I didn't have to travel at all. Apparently Texas and Oklahoma disagree on the reading of part of my trust, so I was required to get my deceased son's estate probated, but he even set up the attorney to help us over that inter-state hurdle. There is NO WAY I could have made this happen without him. He was kind, responsive, timely and empathetic in all of our communications. I NEVER felt like he wasn't in control of every detail. I really only had interaction with Jared, however, he represented Arrowhead exquisitely!! He made the company look good.....no.....great!! I've never sold property before, however, y'all (Jared) handled every single detail.
