I have been looking for a piece of land in Oklahoma for a while now. I was using Jay Cassels. I went under contract after finding what I thought was the right property for me. It turned out there were a lot of issues in the title/abstract on the property. After 6 months, and still not having all the issues cleared up, I finally changed directions. Jay was very helpful and kept me informed all throughout the process. Most importantly, he kept me from prematurely closing and ending up with a piece of property that I may not have been able to sell in the future. Jay helped me find a similar piece of property in no time. I recently closed on that piece of property and the whole process went smooth as silk. Jay kept me in the loop from start to finish. Jay was always quick to return my calls, emails, text, etc. Jay was also very knowledgeable about rural land and I learned a lot from him along the way.
