Took the time where I needed it with phone calls, emails or text messages. I reached out to multiple hunting property realtors before this and I was not getting responses or the help I needed and you guys had the right piece of property and the right people to help me make this investment. I had a million questions and Josh answered all of them. But maybe most importantly, he listened to what specifically I was looking for and what I wanted to do with my property. I was too slow to make an offer originally, but Josh encouraged me to go ahead and make a backup offer on the off chance the sale wouldn't close. For whatever reason, the first buyer didn't come through and I was given the opportunity to purchase the property. So glad I made the backup offer like Josh suggested!
