Justin White is a native of Okfuskee County and graduated Okemah High School. He grew up near the Deep Fork River and learned from a very young age hunting and fishing was a way of life. As a young man, if Justin wasn't on a job site working for the family's construction business, he was likely headed out the door with a bow or fishing pole on his shoulder. He quickly earned an appreciation for the land and the resources it provides. Justin also learned stewardship and the importance of conservation and proper wildlife and habitat management. In 2007 Justin graduated from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK, with a Bachelor's in Science with an Organismic Biology Major and Chemistry Minor. While at NSU he was an active member of their Fish & Wildlife Club and connections made in those days created a number of lifelong friendships but also laid the foundation of a statewide network of resources. Justin worked for a couple of years, starting in 2007, part-time as a guide for a hunting ranch near Okemah where he first became acquainted with the owner, Will Bellis, creating a friend for life (whether Will admits it or not, just kidding). Speaking to networking and connections, Justin routinely guides for the annual Lieutenant Governor's Turkey Hunt in Okemah. One of Justin's favorite ways to spend his time is in the woods teaching his kids to appreciate the land and the wonders of nature God has blessed us with. In 2008, Justin accepted a full time position with the United States Geological Survey (USGS) maintaining flood gage warning stations, water quality collections, and data analysis of natural waterways throughout Northeastern OK and surrounding states. With a steady job, a new wife and a baby on the way Justin decided to put his construction background to use for his growing family. Justin built the family's home in 2010 and established his own construction company specializing in custom home construction and remodels. Justin, his wife Dixie and their two children, BW and Charlotte, operate a small cattle operation on the family farm north of Okemah. Justin believes that personal and professional success in life is dependent upon hard work, vision, dedication, and faith. Whether you're selling, buying, or developing property to its fullest potential, Justin is ready and committed to putting his talents and these principals to work for you.
