Growing up in small town Oklahoma, I have built my life around my faith, family, and the great outdoors. Years of guiding waterfowl, whitetail, and Rocky Mountain Elk hunts have taught me the importance of the land and what it means to be a land owner. For me, pursuing a career in real estate was a no brainer, helping others on their journey to land ownership is something that I am extremely passionate about. Strategic Approach, Strong Communication, and Maximum Value Delivered
We had an outstanding experience working with Luke Roberts at Arrowhead Land Company in the sale of our 474± acres in Noble County. Before selecting Luke, we spoke with two other land companies. One company, which had sold several properties in the area, approached the pricing by breaking the land into 160-acre parcels and only adding minimal value for features like a pond. Their estimate came in significantly below the appraised value. The second company provided a more accurate valuation closer to the appraisal, but their approach was more traditional. Luke stood out because he took a different, more strategic approach. Instead of immediately defaulting to dividing the property, he evaluated the land as a whole and recognized the potential to market it in a way that would maximize its overall value. His “outside-the-box” thinking ultimately proved to be the right strategy. Throughout the process, Luke did an excellent job communicating with sellers and keeping them informed. Just as importantly, he navigated a challenging ownership situation involving five sellers, all of whom had to agree on decisions. That is not an easy task, but Luke handled it with professionalism, patience, and persistence. In the end, Luke delivered exactly what we were hoping for—he helped us achieve the best possible outcome and maximize the value of our land. I would highly recommend Luke Roberts and Arrowhead Land Company to anyone looking to sell land, especially in more complex situations.

Seamless Process, Strong Marketing, and a Great Experience from Start to Finish
Super simple process. Communication was great. It was just very thorough handling the transaction from start to finish with no headache to me. I enjoyed the marketing strategy/website and the tools to look at the property on the map, aerial and locator tool. Just makes looking for land much more simple and therefore when I went to sell my land more effective for potential buyer. We worked with a great agent, Luke Roberts. He was not only very knowledgeable about the properties he was showing us, he listened to every critique and built the next showing based on that. He continued to be available and helpful for the next steps after acceptance and before closing. All of our questions were answered and explained when needed. We experienced our closing at Arrowhead’s Sapulpa office. The staff was thoughtful and friendly and the building was renovated beautifully and well equipped.
