NEW BARNDOMINIUM...Now that I have your attention, let's talk about this gem of a property you are looking into. This is an excellent example of what a "turnkey" hunting property is, and it's complete with a new barndominium and 3 stall horse barn with a HUGE loft!! Turning into the driveway to this property I was very impressed by the appearance of the newly constructed buildings. The owner and I toured the horse barn first, 3 stalls and a loft nearly the entire length of the barn give plenty of room for storing probably almost anything you could want to store! Next we toured the barndominium, entering through a man door into the "garage area" you will find a large open area with high open joist ceilings. As you make your way into the "finished" part of the basement you will find an open area unfinished with plumbing for an additional restroom, foam insulated exterior walls, and windows throughout.
