Gyp Hill Farm

If you are looking for your first piece of property or looking to add to your operation then look no further than this great multi-use Washita County property. Located just west of Fort Cobb Lake rests this beautiful 80+/- acre farm. This property would make an excellent cattle farm as there is good pasture land, a large pond for water, good fencing, and a set of working pens with lean-to. The property also features tillable ground for wheat pasture or other crops that you may desire to farm. If you are looking for a place to build a home, there are many great locations throughout this farm that highlight the beautiful western Oklahoma countryside. A well maintained county road borders the property, making it easy to access. The property is just north of Carnegie, OK and west of the community of Alfalfa and highway 58. It is about an hour and half from Oklahoma City, 3 hours from Tulsa, and 4 hours from Dallas. This property has a ton of potential and would make a great first farm or would be a great addition to your already established farm or ranch operation. All showings are by appointment only.
