Hunting Cabin with Stocked Pond

This property provides all of the features you look for in a hunting and recreational tract. The cabin is perfectly suited for a hunting camp or a recreational getaway. The cabin provides two rooms downstairs and a loft that can be used as bedrooms/sleeping areas, and a living area with a wood stove. The cabin is wired for electricity and is set up to be used with a generator (Generator not included in the sale). You’ll find a stocked fishing pond with bluegill and catfish in front of the cabin. The recent timber harvest provides excellent wildlife habitat with natural woody browse to be abundant for years to come. The fields around the cabin are approximately 4+/- acres and provide an excellent opportunity to plant food plots for an additional food source. Sitting at the head of the hollow with a gated entrance, exclusivity is a great bonus. Daniel Boone National Forest is nearby for additional hunting opportunities. There is a gas line easement through the property. The seller has ordered a survey and will provide it prior to closing. Purchase offers made before the survey is complete will be per acre and adjusted when the survey is completed unless otherwise agreed in a purchase contract.
