Stockholm Hunting Camp

If you are looking for an affordable hunting camp that provides an opportunity to hunt quality whitetail genetics, then you will want to take a look at this 141 +/- acre property in Greenup County, Kentucky. Check out the trail cam pics! The property consists primarily of hardwood ridges and valleys. The timber stand is well-diversified with a combination of young and mature growth. There was a select timber harvest in 2023 on a portion of the property, with other areas left untouched. Many white oaks throughout provide some marketable timber along with an abundant acorn crop for wildlife. There are a few cleared out areas suitable for small food plots, in addition to the cleared acreage in the valley, which is currently being used for pasture. There is a 24×46 barn and a 14×40 house that needs some repairs and is being sold as-is. Power is already in place. All showings are by appointment only.
