This land has great access through the tract, varied topography, bench tops, creek bottoms, as well as, a couple creek drainages that should offer wildlife water most of the year. This property has multiple areas where you could establish some remote food plots and do other wildlife management projects. If you are looking to grow and target giant whitetails, this area has a good population of whitetail deer. There is a good population of turkeys, too. There are other tracts available. The property will require a new survey to transfer and the actual acreage is subject to the new survey.
